DAAD commissioned ACA to carry out a survey and an analysis of scholarship providers in 20, mostly European, countries. The survey collected data on providers, the number of scholars for each programme as well as the extent and formalities of the benefits. The analysis elicits the competitive position of DAAD scholarships for incoming students in qualitative and quantitative terms.
