Strategic planning, enhanced advocacy and leadership development –  national agencies’ updates 

Following the annual Strategic Summits of 2021, 2022, and 2023, ACA will host its fourth Strategic Summit 2024, 8-9 October, Strategic planning, enhanced advocacy and leadership development –  national agencies’ updates an invitation-only event. The aim of these distinct gatherings is to connect the top leadership of the member organisations and selected guests on an annual basis, around key topics for international higher educationThe exchanges will also highlight the different strategies that member organisations employ to stay relevant, influential, and impactful in national, European, and global arenas. 

Though the Summits are invitation-only events, we are happy to share major takeaways and discuss related opportunities. If you are interested in learning more, please contact the ACA Secretariat: secretariat@aca-secretariat.be.

Day 1 – 8 October 2024

Welcome words & interactive warm-up activity – Gro Tjore, Deputy Director HK-Dir & ACA President

 This opening session will feature a round of updates based on the slides with key information about each member organisation, followed by an informal and dynamic ‘dialogue activity animated by the ACA President.

What’s new on the ‘intelligence’ horizon?

At the invitation of the Administrative Council (AC), part of the ACA Secretariat team will summarise the most relevant insights from recent or ongoing projects, based on their perceived relevance to the leadership of ACA member organisations.
