The third in the series of CARe Online Talks, the event will look at how support is provided to researchers at risk/with refugee background in Germany. The speakers will introduce available support on national level and matchmaking programmes with employers from the research landscape - from universities and non-university institutions. Also, they will share experiences and introduce institutional support structures and initiatives on a concrete example of a German university and how to successfully integrate as a researcher with refugee background into the German research labour market.

- Propose potential actions and initiatives at national and European level that could help researchers and institutions willing to support them
- Discuss main challenges (short and long-term) and potential ways to overcome them (at national/European level)
