The OeAD is organising a bilateral Erasmus+ contact seminar for US universities on 30 May 2023 in Washington DC. The US institutions interested in enhancing cross-Atlantic collaboration with Austrian university partners are invited to join.

The goal of the event is to provide a solid framework for networking and exchange of ideas and projects in the field of international mobility under Erasmus+. The seminar provides an opportunity to showcase and strengthen the strategic use of Erasmus+ for collaboration between Austria and the United States. It will be of special interest to Austrian and US universities interested in developing or intensifying their institutional partnerships in different subject areas or at different study levels.

The seminar will feature an overview of the Austrian university system along with the presentation of the Erasmus+ programme funding opportunities for international mobility and joint degree programmes under Erasmus Mundus. It will support an exchange of innovative approaches and good practice examples among the representatives on site.
