The Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual & Culture want to establish a framework contract for the External Service Provision for development, maintenance, studies, testing, training and support of information systems (IS) for Educational Programmes (ESP-ISEP).

This call for tenders is divided into two distinct lots, each lot consisting of a separate market. Lot 1 covers “IS Development & Maintenance” and Lot 2 includes “IS Studies, Testing, Training & Support”. The Commission may award framework contracts to up to 3 tenderers per lot.

Budget: between EUR 5 million and EUR 20 million
