TeLearn: The first international Open Archive in Technology Enhanced Learning

The first international Open Archive in Technology Enhanced Learning, TeLearn, has been recently created with the purpose to collect and offer up-to-date research in the field of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL). It enables researchers to search, submit and view a variety of TEL-related publications – articles, presentations, courses, reports, grey literature, but also audio and video materials. TeLearn is intended for teachers, policy-makers and the public. The idea in the long term is to establish the TeLearn archive as a sustainable service so that it meets the needs and concerns of researchers and publishers.

TeLearn is launched by the Kaleidoscope Network of Excellence, a European research network supported by the 6th Framework Programme of the European Union. Kaleidoscope is also a member of the Open Archive Initiative, an international movement aiming to support researchers to share the outcomes of their work publicly and reliably. TeLearn
