This recent publication recounts the background and development of the Temcu project, funded by Action 6.1 of the Socrates programme. The project, concluded in March 2006, conducted a study of training needs for university teaching staff working in multicultural classrooms as a result of increasing student mobility. On the basis of the results of this study, a training module has been designed and validated by the international project team coordinated by the University of Granada (Spain). The volume is an easy-to-read description of the project and the module, aims, methodology and findings.
