The objective of the action is to further intensify the services provided by the EURAXESS Service Centres, expand the recently developed mandate of taking care of the career development of mainly young researchers in Europe with particular focus on female students and researchers. The newly developed services of the EURAXESS network reach out to mobile and non-mobile researchers with the aim to contribute to the completion of the European Research Area (ERA) and the Responsible Research and Innovation field as well to open more career opportunities in the industry. This action will support activities the EURAXESS Service Network represented by Bridgehead organisations to address strategic issues related to the launched widening of the services from mainly mobility-related to services also for non-mobile researchers.
