A consortium comprising ACA, Archimedes Foundation, British Council, Campus France, DAAD and EP-Nuffic won, in late 2014, a European Commission contract over the implementation of the “Enhancing the attractiveness of European higher education in the world” project. This project will run until the end of 2017 and its overall objective is to contribute to strengthening the profile of the entire range of European higher education on the world stage, and of EU-funded opportunities, and make them more visible and accessible to mobile learners and academics. It is supported by an Advisory Group of national higher education promotion agencies across Europe.
As part of the project, the consortium is planning a range of activities in 2017, part of which are three Study in Europe fairs. The three fairs will take place in Uzbekistan, Nigeria and Jordan as follows:
Tashkent, Uzbekistan: 10/11 May 2017
Lagos, Nigeria: 19/20 May 2017
Amman, Jordan: October 2017 (tbc)
The Study in Europe fairs realised in 2016 (South Africa, South Korea, Ecuador, Peru and USA/Canada (virtual)) were great success and showed a high level of interest among the local student population, and featured 50-60 exhibitors each (higher education institutions and national promotion agencies) from Europe from between 13 and 22 European countries.
Registrations are open and we invite all the interested institutions to register via the following link: www.studyineuropefairs.eu.
