At the end of July, the European Commission issued a call for tender for a Framework Contract for the provision of services in the field of evaluation of research and innovation programmes and policies. The tasks covered by this call relate in particular to evaluation activities (ex ante impact assessment, ex ante evaluation, interim evaluation and ex post evaluation) on the Framework Programmes, the European Research Area (ERA), the Innovation Union and Horizon 2020.
