The 2009 Industrialised Countries Instrument - Education Cooperation Programme (ICI-ECP) call for proposals supports cooperation with Australia, Japan and the Republic of Korea by means of joint mobility projects.

Budget: EU - total EUR 2.8 million, with comparable funding from the partner countries
