A new edition of Global Knowledge – the magazine for international cooperation in research and higher education – is out. The current edition contains news and feature stories from all continents with a special theme section on environmental research and education.

Global knowledge was launched in 2004 as an interdisciplinary magazine about international cooperation in research and higher education. The magazine is published twice a year and contains news, interviews, feature articles and essays from contributing journalists, photographers and academics all over the world. Global Knowledge is aimed at academics, students, administrators and policy-makers. Subscription is free. Global Knowledge is published by the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Education (SIU), although the content is by no means limited to the programmes administered by SIU.
