Second round of Erasmus+ Impact Study – open for feedback

The European Commission, end of June, has launched the new Erasmus+ Impact study in the field of higher education. This is the second study of its kind, since the Commission in 2014 released the Erasmus Impact Study – effects of mobility on the skills and employability of students and the internationalisation of higher education institutions, and its 2016 follow up Regional impact study. The study seeks to explore the benefits of Europe’s flagship mobility programme, assessing issues as the impact of Erasmus+ on intuitions and how mobility has contributed to improving skills and employment opportunities.

A survey for 2017-18 has been developed to analyse the effects of Erasmus+ on participating institutions and individual participants, before, during and after their mobility period, but also addresses non-mobile students and staff, as well as alumni and participants supported through other kinds of mobility initiatives. In this second round the survey will also examine international credit mobility within Europe and worldwide.

The Erasmus+ Impact study that runs until 2018, is carried out in cooperation by CHE Consult and ICF consulting services. Representatives of higher education institutions, University staff, graduates and students are invited to take part in the survey that tracks attitudes towards mobility.
