The Higher Education Transformation Week (HETW) will take place from 12 to 16 October 2026, in Brussels. Organised by the European University Foundation (EUF), together with partner organisations including ACA, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), the European Students’ Union (ESU) and EURASHE, the HETW will bring together a week of public workshops, conferences and events that will showcase the diversity, and impact of Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership projects across Europe. 

Twenty-seven Erasmus+ KA2 project consortia will host their own events throughout the week around eight thematic areas: 

• Teaching innovation 
• Digital & AI transformation 
• Sustainability & green transition 
• Future skills 
• Student & staff wellbeing 
• Inclusion & democratic engagement 
• Mobility & institutional cooperation 
• Urban development 

HETW is open to higher education professionals, institutional staff, policymakers, student representatives, and anyone with an interest in the future of higher education, whether the aim is to explore a specific theme in depth or to gain a broader overview of project-driven transformation in the sector. 

Participation is free of charge. To take part, browse the programme and project list on the official website and register for the individual sessions of interest. Registrations are subject to final confirmation by the respective event organisers, who will contact confirmed participants directly ahead of the event.  

The registration deadline is 18 September 2026, but early registration is advisable, particularly for sessions with limited capacity.
