The overall objective of this call from the European Commission is to help make European higher education more easily accessible, and to enhance its profile and visibility across the world. The specific objectives of this contract are:

• To improve the availability and accessibility of information on opportunities for studying in Europe and on the advantages of doing so, and thereby to encourage more potential international students to choose Europe as their destination for study abroad;
• To enhance the professional capacity of European higher education to promote itself proactively as a place of study.
