The PROFFORMANCE+ consortium opened the second PROFFORMANCE International Higher Education Teacher Award Call in partner countries.
The purpose of this Award is to identify, acknowledge and recognise excellent teaching practices and to provide opportunities not only for sharing and exchanging best examples, but to encourage cooperation between the Higher Education Institutions in the European Higher Education Area.
This award, which is being implemented as a part of the PROFFORMANCE+ project (2022-2025), seeks to identify and acknowledge educators who demonstrate excellence in various aspects of teaching and learning. By doing so, it aims to foster a culture of high quality and innovation in higher education. The award also encourages collaboration and the sharing of best practices among higher education institutions across Europe.
About the application
The award is open to teaching staff from state-recognised higher education institutions in the PROFFORMANCE+ consortium partner countries, including Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Georgia, Hungary, and Serbia. Applicants are invited to submit their best practices in the following categories:
In addition to these categories, submissions that incorporate digitalization, internationalization, inclusion and diversity, and sustainability are given extra consideration.
Evaluation and Awards
Submissions are evaluated by an international jury of independent experts in the field. The best practices of the awardees are showcased in diverse publications, newsletters, and on the PROFFORMANCE website, ensuring wide visibility and recognition.
