The OECD Factbook provides a global overview of world economic, social and environmental trends. Two chapters are dedicated to science and technology and education. The 2006 edition presents a new feature on brain drain. It also includes data on key non-OECD member countries, like Brazil, China, India, the Russian Federation and South Africa.
