The ACA Newsletter of January announced and summarized a paper outlining the European Commissions contribution to the Bologna process. This paper, entitled "From Bergen to London. The EU Contribution", has now been released on the European Commission's website. 

The "Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council on further European cooperation in quality assurance in higher education", which was adopted  by the Council of Ministers on January 30, is now also online. ACA reported on this issue in the February edition.
