The European Commission has just published a practical and useful reference document, "Education and Training 2010. Main policy initiatives and outputs in education and training since the year 2000", which is a collection of sources (with links to PDF documents) of the main policy initiatives and outputs in the field of education and training since March 2000 (Lisbon European Council).
