The Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) is an intergovernmental process fostering dialogue and cooperation among 53 partners in Europe and Asia on various issues. In line with the ASEM Education Process, the Erasmus+ National Agency for Higher Education Cooperation at the German Academic Exchange Service (NA DAAD) hosted the conference ASEM Education in a digital world: Bridging the continents – connecting the people?, which took place in November 2018 in Cologne, Germany. For this occasion, young researchers from ASEM member countries were invited to exchange their academic findings and research interests on the topic of digitalisation.
The NA DAAD has now published their contributions, dealing with digital mobility, intercultural connectivity, qualitative virtual learning and the challenges of the Industry 4.0.
