Most of the EU programmes now introduce a net based application form.  Multipass is developed from Leopass for mobility application in Leonardo.  Applications must be sent before 12 midnight of the application deadline date.  The form can be found on the internet page from where the word-document can be downloaded.  But wait – you will only find the word documents at this stage, but if they are filled out, you can cut and paste them onto the electronic forms when they the electronic versions appear.

I believe this is about the twelfth year the EU have said they were going to introduce electronic applications.
