The European Commission has opened a call for proposals for the Jean Monnet Programme 2007, which has been incorporated into the new Lifelong Learning Programme 2007-2013. The first activity of Jean Monnet Programme in the current year will bring together two former instruments known as the Jean Monnet Action and the Support for Study and Research Centres, instruments that stimulate excellence and teaching and research in the field of European integration.
