It’s all about mobility windows!

On 26 September, ACA proudly launched its new book entitled Mobility windows: from concept to practice. Already the 20th in the renowned ACA Papers on International Cooperation in Education, the newest publication brings forward a new conceptual framework for the analysis of mobility windows and offers valuable insights into design and management of this type of structured mobility. The book draws on the research results of a two-year EU-funded project performed by ACA in close cooperation with Deutsches Zentrum für Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsforschung (DZHW, formerly HIS-HF) and the Centre for International Mobility (CIMO).

The findings will be presented in more detail at one of ACA’s next European Policy Seminars that will take place on 5 December in Brussels. The seminar entitled Mobility windows and the internationalisation of the curriculum will deal with various practices and blueprints of internationalisation of the curriculum and will explore the place of structured mobility in internationalisation. Targeted at a broad higher education community, this policy seminar will mix practitioners experienced in curriculum design and/or internationalisation with decision makers involved in shaping broader internationalisation frameworks. Critical reflection, open discussion, and exchange of hands-on experience are always welcome at all ACA European Policy Seminars.
