The European Commission has prepared a large compendium of the Learning Partnerships running in 2006 under the Grundtvig 2 Programme. The aim is to give information about the objectives, scope, and target groups of the projects, as well as the contact details of the partners. Projects are listed according to their coordinating country.

The Grundtvig sub-section 2, Learning Partnerships, is a framework for small-scale cooperation activities between organisations from at least three participating countries including at least one EU member state, working in the field of adult education. As the programme continues, the Commission would like to broaden the participation of smaller organisations that want to increase European cooperation in their adult education activities.
