From Brussels to the BRICs: register for an ACA seminar in 2011

Dates and programmes have been set for two outstanding ACA European Policy Seminars in early 2011. On 18 March 2011, ACA hosts Brazil, Russia, India, China. Key points on the European higher education compass? The session will feature careful consideration of how European higher education policies and programmes are following largely economic agendas into the so-called “BRIC” countries. Is this an inevitable process? Must it be economically driven? What are the risks and opportunities? These and other questions will be explored throughout this day-long event.

Highly experienced scholars, policy experts and practitioners have agreed to share their insights and first-hand experiences on this topic of interest. This 4-in-1 seminar is expected to attract a large crowd, and a sneak preview of the programme is now available on the ACA website. Early bird registration by 4 March 2011 will guarantee you a place.

Meanwhile, What’s new in Brussels?
