The EPFIME (Establishing a thought-out Policy and Framework for Inclusive Mobility across Europe) project is a two year project co-funded by Erasmus+ KA3 Support to Policy reform "Support to the implementation of EHEA reforms - 2018-2020".
The project is led by the Ministry of Education and Training of Belgium/Flemish Community in collaboration with the Support Centre for Inclusive Higher Education in Flanders (SIHO), the Association for Higher Education Access and Disability (AHEAD) in Ireland, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), and the Irish Universities Association (IUA). VLUHR is involved as External Quality Evaluator.
During this project, consortium partners and experts will examine in-depth the needs and expectations on inclusive mobility of Ministries of Education, students with disabilities and higher education institutions across Europe, while focusing on how national authorities and higher education institutions can collaborate more strongly to ensure the quality and the transferability of support services for both incoming and outgoing students with disabilities in exchange programmes.
Survey for students - We are interested to hear from both students with disabilities who went abroad and from those who did not go abroad. An incentive has been allocated and two lucky students will be able to win an Interrail voucher (EUR 200 value each) by participating in this survey!
Survey for Higher Education Institutions - No Interrail voucher here unfortunately but a recommendation from our side that both the International Office and the Disability Office of each university should collaborate to fill in this survey. We recommend to them to meet and fill in the survey together, as this survey touches upon the work area of both units/teams. We would like to receive only one survey per university.
Both surveys can be found on inclusivemobility.eu. They are available also in Word version so that respondents can have a full overview of the questions before starting. However, answers should always be filled online!
The deadline for taking part in this survey is 10 November 2019.
