This toolkit was developed by ESU in the framework of “Financing the Students’ Future” (FINST) project, together with the Compendium on Financing of Higher Education. The aim of the toolkit is to enable unions to better understand the issue of financing and higher education, by offering an introduction on how to prepare and implement campaigns and other actions around the topic. The last part of the toolkit, only accessible online, shows different examples from actions undertaken by representatives of ESU member unions around Europe.
