On 6 October 2015, the European Commission held a meeting with a number of partners from the higher education sector to discuss strategies for the integration of refugees in European universities, notably within the framework of Erasmus+. Following the calls of participants for sharing inspiring integration practices, the Commission launched an e-survey to collect examples of successful integration measures.
