The ACA Secretariat is finalising the creation of a database for Erasmus Mundus students and alumni. The official invitation to register will be sent to Erasmus Mundus students and graduates in the coming days. The database is one of the many instruments available on the interactive website of the Erasmus Mundus Alumni Association (EMA), designed by ACA for the European Commission. Already at the present stage, the website offers the alumni a searchable database, in which they can register and identify fellow alumni, and a message board, for communication between alumni. Later stages will see the creation of an online newsletter, a bi-annual alumni magazine, and a host of seminars and get-togethers. A large Erasmus Mundus student and alumni conference will be held in Brussels (16/17 June 2006), which will see the birth of the association proper.
