The Serbian partners of the Profformance+ consortium, Ministry of Education and Foundation Tempus, are hosting a webinar on May 16th to discuss internationalisation in higher education. The event is open to higher education teachers, professionals, and institutional leaders who are interested in learning about innovative teaching and learning practices in an international context presented by international educators, and get to know the products of the Profformance+ project available for the wide public. The webinar is free, but registration is required by May 16th at 12:00 CET. The event will be conducted in English.  

The Profformance+ project is a consortium of six countries that aims to support higher education teachers and institutions to enhance quality of teaching and learning. The project builds on the results of an international project that was conducted from 2020 to 2022 and provides a comprehensive set of tools for educators. The project's primary product is the PROFFORMANCE toolkit, which includes the Assessment tool and the Teaching Excellence Database for free. 

Apart from getting to know PROFFORMANCE products and good practices during the event, participants will get the first-hand information about PROFFORMANCE International Higher Education Teacher Award Call to be launched this autumn that welcomes teachers or teams of teachers teaching in higher education institutions of a consortium partner country (Austria, Czechia, Croatia, Georgia, Hungary, Serbia) to apply with an already implemented (or currently being implemented) good practice that has tangible, adaptable outputs.

The call is looking for good practices in four categories: Student-Cantered Course Design, Innovative Teaching and Learning, Assessment of Students, and Impact with and for Society. Applicants are encouraged to showcase how key European Higher Education Area (EHEA) priorities - Digitalisation, Internationalisation, Inclusion, and Sustainability - are present in their practices by choosing one priority with more emphasis while considering the broader impact of the other three.
