On 4 June 2025, the PROFFORMANCE+ consortium will host Teacher Power! – Higher Education Policy in Action with PROFFORMANCE, an online event dedicated to excellence, innovation, and professional development in higher education teaching. 

The event will highlight the core objectives of the PROFFORMANCE+ project, which supports educators in developing inclusive, student-centered courses. The initiative promotes innovative pedagogical and assessment methods and encourages the active involvement of stakeholders in the teaching and learning process to ensure broader societal impact. 

A central feature of the event will be the presentation of the 2024/25 PROFFORMANCE International Higher Education Teacher Award recipients. These award-winning educators will share their projects, offering practical examples of effective and forward-thinking teaching practices from across Europe. 

Attendees will also be introduced to the PROFFORMANCE Toolkit—an open-access resource designed to support educators in evaluating and enhancing their teaching strategies. The event will further explore how educators can actively engage with higher education policy and lead transformative change within their institutions. 

By participating, attendees will gain insights into the latest developments in teaching and learning, discover new strategies, and build connections with peers and potential project partners across Europe.
