The next edition of the eLearning Papers will bear the title Performance Support and Learning Analytics.  Performance support is about giving workers access to certain information that can help them to perform their jobs as effectively as possible. The papers will focus on the use of learning analytics (data mining, visualisation, etc.) for workplace learning in its broadest sense. Both theoretical and empirical work is welcome, and below are some of the proposed research topics:
