The overall objective of the study is to carry out analyses of the efficiency and effectiveness of public spending on tertiary education in order to be able to draw conclusions and recommendations in the context of the EU multilateral surveillance processes, in particular the Lisbon Strategy for Growth and Jobs and the Stability and Growth Pact.
