This year marks a new period for the Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps programme. There are now more options than ever before to study, train, or volunteer abroad. The Czech National Agency for International Education and Research (DZS) is celebrating with a unique festival Příští stanice svět (Next Stop: The World), taking place onboard a train that will travel to five Czech cities in five days. This will begin in Prague on 14 September and go on to Pilsen, Liberec, Olomouc, and will finally stop at Brno on 18 September.
This festival will entail workshops with experts, discussions with programme graduates and celebrities with connections to Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps. There are a range of activities entailing stories from volunteers, finding out how to pack and travel sustainably, slam poetry, contemporary circus, and two musical guests each evening. Czech celebrities Johan Mádr & Ondřej Havel will be the main moderators.
This programme is currently being finalised, and information on what will be brought to each city can be found here. The programme is free, but registrations are obligatory for epidemiological reasons.
