HEPI has released its fourth report on demand for higher education, a yearly update publication on the most recent information in this area. Last year's report extended the review to 2020. This year's takes a first look beyond to 2030. The report does not try to provide rigid projections; rather, it tries to open the discussion to upcoming influential forces and uncertainties in future HE demand. The Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI) aims to build a bridge between policy makers and research, primarily through seminars and key contacts, and especially through the publication of reports. HEPI
