DAAD and GIZ agree on closer cooperation on SDGs

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German Association for International Cooperation (GIZ) are expanding their cooperation based on a renewed memorandum of understanding.

DAAD and GIZ have been working together since 1993, and the cooperation has grown continuously in recent years. With the new agreement, the two organisations want to give the joint cooperation additional momentum and a clear focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The partners will join forces on joint projects and communication on the role of international cooperation in higher education with regard to achieving SDGs.

More information about the renewed partnership can be found on the DAAD website (in German).
