ACA already reported in the July issue of the ACA Newsletter Education Europe about the adoption of a declaration on higher education and democratic culture at the Council of Europe higher education forum held last June. At the forum, participants had called on the Council of Europe to set up a website through which associations can announce those activities in line with the principles of the declaration (safeguard of democracy and promotion of a democratic culture through education).
