The Context for Success project is an initiative of the HCM Strategists, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This project has focused on the question “how can we identify which institutions are most effective in educating students while still accounting for the disparities among them?”. Policy makers and scholars from all over the world have worked together to identify challenges in the current methods used to evaluate postsecondary education and to identify best practices in evaluating postsecondary outcomes. The Context for Success website presents the results of this initiative, featuring an overview of the project, a literature review of the topic, seven research papers and a series of issues briefs.
