Closing soon! Call for proposals: MSCA-IF-2017 – Individual Fellowships

The goal of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of experienced researchers, wishing to diversify their individual competence in terms of skill acquisition through advanced training, international and inter-sectoral mobility.

This funding line aims to provide opportunities for researchers to acquire and transfer new knowledge and to work on research and innovation in a European context (EU member states and associated countries) or outside Europe. The scheme particularly supports the return and reintegration of researchers from outside Europe who have previously worked here. It also develops or helps to restart the careers of individual researchers that show great potential, considering their experience.

Support is foreseen for individual, transnational fellowships awarded to the best or most promising researchers of any nationality, for employment in EU member states or associated countries. It is based on an application made jointly by the researcher and the beneficiary (host institution) in the academic or non-academic sectors.

Budget:  Total – EUR 248.7 million, of which

EUR 33.7 million – Global Fellowships.

EUR 205 million - Career Restart panel, the Reintegration panel and Standard EF.

EUR 10 million – Society and Enterprise panel

Deadline: 14 September 2017
