Antonio Silva Mendes has been appointed Director of Directorate E - Resources at the DG Education and Culture, thus replacing Gilbert Gascard, now Director of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency. Prior to this appointment, Mr Mendes served as Head of Unit - Pensions at PMO - in the Office for Administration and Payment of individual entitlements.

DG Education and Culture also moved house this month from their premises in rue Belliard to the recently renovated Madou Plaza.
