The European expert network on economics of education will through its advice support the European Commission in the analysis of education and training policies and reforms, and of their implications. It will provide access to key knowledge and evidence from the most relevant European and international research on the economic aspects of education and training. The Network will also contribute to the dissemination of policy-relevant knowledge and evidence on economic aspects of education and training.
The main tasks of the Network will be:
1. Quality scientific advice to the Commission (advisory function);
2. Research reviews for policy makers (knowledge brokerage);
3. Annual conference
4. Network's web-site.
