The European Commission will offer a framework contract to the selected service provider/consortium, who will undertake to carry out the specific activities to enhance evidence-based policy making, support the European Commission's work, and strengthen the impact and added value of policies by providing reliable knowledge, evidence, analysis, and policy guidance. The expertise to be procured will relate to the policy context in the fields of education, training, youth and sport.
