This call aims to address three of the four areas of intervention of the eLearning Programme: Promoting digital literacy, European virtual campuses and transversal actions. The call focuses on the promotion and dissemination of results, best practices and achievements emerging from the use of ICT for education, training and lifelong learning in Europe.
