The objective of this Programme is to improve mutual understanding between the EU and the partner countries and to enhance the quality of higher education and training by promoting partnerships between the EU and partner countries’ higher education and training institutions. This call supports cooperation between the EU and Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the Republic of Korea.

Two actions are included in this call:

• Joint Mobility Projects: provide support to post-secondary vocational and training or to higher education institutions to undertake joint study and training programmes and to implement student and faculty mobility;
• Joint Degree Projects: provide support to develop and implement dual/double or joint degree programmes.

The call is open to a consortium of higher education institutions and/or post-secondary vocational and training institutions. Applicants should be from one of the partner countries and from one of the EU 27 member states or Croatia.

Budget: EUR 2.45 million
