The ETER project is a key deliverable of the European higher education modernisation agenda. The data allows a quantitative characterization on inputs and outputs for the purposes of a richer analysis of HEI activities such as mapping, benchmarking, efficiency analysis, studies of differentiation, etc. The overall objective, to which this contract will contribute, is to manage for two years a regular, annual European Tertiary Education Register (ETER) taking account of ETER's results to date.
