The British Council has published a call for proposals for the participation in the next Going Global conference (29 April-1 May 2014, Miami). Going Global serves as an annual forum for policy makers and practitioners where they can to discuss the current issues of international education.

Going Global 2014 will focus on three major areas:

• Inclusion: building high quality capacity for teaching and learning;
• Innovation: exploring how innovation systems are formed, structured and driven globally and transnationally;and
• Impact: investigating the contribution of internationalised higher education universities to national growth agendas, societal change and 'soft power'

Interested participants are invited to submit a proposal on the Going Global website by 04 October 2013 relating to one of the above themes. Practical examples are particularly welcomed by the organisers.
