ACA is happy to announce the newest addition to our membership, the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Higher Education (SEPIE).

Integrated in the Ministry of Universities in Spain, the Madrid-based agency has a two-fold function, acting as the Erasmus+ National Agency in the fields of Education and Training in Spain, and providing guidance for and promoting the Spanish higher education university system.

SEPIE promotes educational and research programmes abroad that are offered in Spanish universities and research centres, disseminates information about the internationalisation of the Spanish university system and designs actions and procedures to welcome foreign students, researchers, and lecturers to Spanish universities.

SEPIE’s long-standing experience in internationalisation of higher education in Spain will be highly beneficial to all ACA members. We are looking forward to working closely with our new colleagues from SEPIE to further enrich and expand ACA's peer learning, knowledge sharing and other member-driven activities with the ultimate goal to support higher education cooperation in Europe.

With SEPIE joining ACA’s ranks, the ACA family now stands at 18 full members, with an additional three associate members!
