ACA’s associate member ETS Global has announced changes in TOEFL iBT® Test. From 1 August 2019 onwards, all TOEFL iBT® test takers will benefit from enhancements to the test format, score reporting and easier registration and account management. The test will take only three hours, 30 minutes less than at present. Here is a recap of the main changes:

ETS also developed a list of FAQs about the shorter TOEFL iBT® Test. Likewise, it introduces MyBest™ for Score Reporting in which a student may submit scores from different sections taken at different times, as long as all the tests were taken over a two-year period. ETS promises that “test takers will have a great experience in registration and an easy access to test preparations and more.”  Knowing the high professionalism of ETS and its excellent staff, ACA has no doubt this will be the case.
