ACA seminar looked into the changing mobility trends

On 27 March ACA’s 21st European Policy Seminar gathered in Brussels a full-house of participants from across Europe, and even beyond. The seminar was entitled ‘What’s in a name? – The changing nature of mobility’ and it addressed, through the contribution of a number of renowned experts, various aspects of this well-debated phenomenon – the ‘bread and butter’ of many of the participants to this event.

The seminar addressed questions such as the impact of mobility on individuals and institutions in terms of internationalisation and acquisition of intercultural competencies. It also looked into mobility of the highly skilled, as well as a new form of mobility - that of programmes and institutions. The strong interest and engagement of the participants made of this a lively and interactive seminar – something we would be pleased to repeat in several of our events in the future!
