A new member of ACA Secretariat

There has been a turnover at the Junior Editor trainee position at ACA’s Secretariat - Elena Bizzi was succeeded by Martin Bogdan. Martin is now in charge of coordinating and preparing monthly editions of the ACA Newsletter Education Europe. Alongside these monitoring and editing tasks, Martin supports the ACA Secretariat in organising events and conferences and other Secretariat’s daily activities.

Prior to joining ACA, Martin finished a Blue Book Traineeship in EACEA where he worked on the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees. He also worked in organisations, projects and initiatives related to the commons movement, culture, media and human rights. He holds a BA degree in Information Sciences and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Zagreb, an MA degree in Cultural Anthropology and Heritage Studies from the University of Zagreb and an MA degree in European Studies from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and the Jagiellonian University of Krakow. In addition to his mother tongue, Croatian, he speaks English, German, Polish and he’s learning French.

ACA Secretariat wishes Elena all the best in her new job and welcomes Martin to our team in Brussels.
